Our priority is always the health and safety of our patients and employees. With the growing concern over the spread of the Coronavirus, we feel it is important to keep our patients informed of the steps we are taking to maintain a safe environment in our clinics.
We take our roles as caregivers in the healthcare and public health sector very seriously and will continue to keep our clinics open in order to serve patients, especially those who just had surgery. Our providers are also prepared and ready to utilize telehealth platforms (Doxy.me) for all patients to ensure continuation of care.
We have intensified our housekeeping and infection control procedures. We are continuing to sanitize all workspace and patient care space on a consistent basis. We have continued to be diligent about the use of hand sanitizer and are asking all patients and family members to wash hands and/or sanitize hands right when they walk into the clinic as well as when they leave the clinic.
We will continue to employ procedures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 according to the CDC and other credible authorities and will keep you informed of any changes in protocols.
If you have any of the following please contact Alliance Physical Therapy to consider putting your care on hold until further notice.
Staff screening: All Alliance Physical Therapy staff will be screened for COVID-19 multiple times a day. Employees presenting any level of symptoms will return home and follow up with their physician before coming to work.
Patient & Visitor screening: All patients will be screened upon arrival. Those presenting symptoms will be advised to return home and contact their physician.
Thank you for your continued support of our therapy services. Please reach out to our staff with any questions!
